Your Prayers Needed

Please pray for my mother-in-law. She is in the hospital, and she's awaiting word from the doctors about whether or not she needs surgery. She has had multiple abdominal surgeries, and there is concern about doing another one (her last one was three years ago, and they told her then that it would be dangerous to do another one). Obviously, we would all appreciate your prayers for her. Please pray for wisdom for the doctors, for peace for she and the family, and for healing. I'll update when I hear more. Thanks so much!

***Updated to add: Surgery is scheduled for 2 p.m. today. It will take 4-5 hours and is very involved. The doctors have found a massive infection in her abdomen both internally and externally, and they have to do surgery to remove the mesh and determine what else needs to be done. We are still awaiting lab results that should tell us the cause of the infection. We should know more once the surgery is complete. Again, we covet your prayers so much and we all thank you for praying. Please pray for the doctors to be thorough, discerning, and most of all, CAREFUL, as they work on her. Thanks so much.***
