Praise God from Whom All Blessings Flow!

1. Our sweet courageous Joshua, who has been battling Wilm's Tumor, just completed his final chemo treatment! He came through all of it beautifully and the faith of his family has been an inspiration to us and to everyone around them!

2. My dear friend who has been through quite an ordeal with regard to her fertility over the last couple years is pregnant. For a while, things were very touch and go through this first trimester, but praise be to God the baby is doing great and the pregnancy is stable!

3. My friend Charity was in Minneapolis and missed the bridge collapsing by a mere one hour.

4. Our friends have a son who was initially called to the scene in Minneapolis and the Lord has been so faithful to protect he and his team. We continue to pray for the recovery of those still missing.

5. My friend Debbie who has fought and won her battle with breast cancer is still doing great and I get to see her, her hubby, and little boy this weekend!

6. Our dear neighbor and friend had open heart surgery about one month ago, and while the recovery has probably been slower than she'd prefer, the Lord has faithfully sustained her and will continue bringing her good health, I know!

7. My hubby has graduated and has the next couple weeks off to spend with us and just relax. Unless I find him a project or two to do around the house. Just kidding.

8. My boys are healthy, we have a roof over our head, fantastic neighbors, wonderful family and friends, a God that loves us, clothes to wear, food to eat, and so much more.

9. My step-brother has been a lost soul in an intense personal battle, and praise be to God he is getting well and beginning to open his heart to Christ. We continue to pray that he will ultimately give his life to Him and find full healing and restoration for his body AND his soul.

10. I could go on and on, but I want to hear from you. For what are you most grateful? Leave me a comment and I'll see you back here on Monday.

Praise God! For us, God seems to not only be providing for all of our needs, but also making all of our dreams come true!

Still praying for those in Mpls. we went to college there and it holds a special place in our hearts.

So much to Praise Him for!!

I Praise God today that it's been almost 1 year since Noah came off his special diet and almost THREE YEARS SEIZURE-FREE, when we were told he would live like that forever! Can I shout this at the top of my lungs here!?

Praise God I can stay home with my kids. I wouldn't want it any other way!

Praise God that my boys are asking when they can go to church again. They love church. Please let it always be this way!

Happi,

I praise God for the Lord sustaining us in amazing ways these past 6 months. He has shown his faithfulness, goodness and love in ways we wouldn't have seen if we didn't go down this path with Joshua's cancer.

I praise God for the body of Christ. The Lord used people like you my dear sister to minister, serve, encourage and provide for us in ways we will never be able to fully express in words!! Just saying thanks will never suffice. The Lord has shown me that this is how the body of Christ was meant to function and when it functions to his glory and honor I know for a fact He is well pleased.

I'm thankful for my wonderful family. My hard working husband and three amazing and adventurous children. They keep me on my toes, but I wouldn't have it any other way.

I thank the Lord for hard times and difficult circumstances that remind me I can do nothing apart from Christ. It is during these times when I see my need for him the most and rely on with passion and fervor!!

I'm thankfor for eternal life in Christ. It is through the trials, the storms, illnesses and diseases of life that make us cling to the hope and promise of an eternity with our Savior. What more could we possibly ask for????

I could go on.... Thanks for turning my focus off myself this morning and onto my sweet Lord.

In Him,

Julie

Praise God for friends like you, Hap, brightening my days like you do, walking with me through the storms, and then laughing at the odd little things in life with me. GLO-RY!
Praise God that they put those roses at the entrace to the grocery store, I always stop and smell them. It's a reminder to 'stop and smell the roses' every day. I love the little things.

Happi,

I don't claim to be a religious person, but I do pray when I feel the need.

Reading your post reminded me of one such time, after 4 yrs of trying to get pregnant & 1 week before a fertility specialist appointment, & after some heartfelt praying, I found out I was pregnant. I am now blessed with 2 children!

I am grateful for having them, and after many years of unhappiness, having my husband come into our lives and making us better & happier people.

Thanking for sharing with us, and I am very happy to hear all those in your life are doing well.
