Happy Birthday, Cassidy!

My niece, Cassidy, is celebrating her birthday today. She and Cody are the best of friends, and that blesses my heart immensely. So Cassidy...I just wanted to give a "shout out" to you on this special day. Happy Birthday, sweetie!

About My Faith

I am a woman who believes that Jesus Christ died for my sins, that He rose again, and that He is coming back again. I have put my faith and trust in Him because I believe that the Word of God, the bible, is truth. I pray that my life would be a living reflection of who He is and that His love would shine through me in all I do and say. I spent several years living "on my own" and out of God's will, and those were some of the most trying times of my life. I learned that I cannot do anything good apart from God. I also learned that God's unending, amazing grace was (and still is) sufficient for me. I finally turned my life over to Him in 1999, and I have never looked back. Am I perfect? Oh, no! But at every turn, I know that His hand will be there to guide me, sustain me, and carry me through each day, month, and year. He is all I need!
